Frank led the group down an upper tributory of Congewoi Creek, we were delighted with a lovely open creek that, even though being damp after recent rain, was fairly easy to negotiate. We're now preparing our events program for the next 3 months (April to June). We're looking for a variety of events suitable for autumn and winter adventures. 
New leaders are always welcome so, if you have an idea and you'd like support in leading the event, talk to the relevant Event Sub Coordinator so that it can be included. Time to put on your thinking caps - 23rd February 2024

Watagan Forest Creek Walk 31 January 2024
This exploratory creek walk was in the Wyong River catchment area and 8 keen walkers including John, who was trying a G5 walk for the first time, set off on a warm but cloudy day. We left the cars at the junction of Watagan Forest Road and Gills Point Road and entered the creek system south of Gills Point Road
